皆さまが快適にご利用いただけるよう、下記のルールをご確認・ご協力お願いいたします。

 

📅 ご予約・日程変更・キャンセルについて

  • セッションは1回 60分間 です。

  • セッション開始 5分前までにご到着ください。終了後は 10分以内に退出をお願いいたします（お着替え・清掃の時間を含みます）。

  • ご予約の 変更は24時間前まで可能です。

  • キャンセルは承っておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

 

🧘‍♀️ スタジオ利用マナー

  • ご予約時間内に 入室・退出をお願いいたします（準備・片付け含む）。

  • 更衣室をご利用ください（防犯カメラが設置されています）。

  • ご利用後は 照明とエアコンを必ず消してください。

  • 使用したマットや器具は、スプレーボトルと布（骨模型の横にあります）で拭き取り、元の位置に戻してください。

  • スタジオ内での喫煙・飲食は禁止です（水分補給・塩分タブレットは可）。

  • ゴミは各自お持ち帰りください。

  • お忘れ物は 1週間保管後、処分させていただきます。

  • スタジオは2階にございます（エレベーターはありません）。

💳 お支払い・入室について

  • クレジットカードでのお支払いが可能です。

  • PayPayをご希望の場合は、LINEでご連絡ください。

  • セッション前に、メールまたはチャットにて入室コードをお送りします。

 

⚠ 免責事項・ご利用停止について

  • スタジオのご利用は自己責任でお願いいたします。盗難・紛失・怪我・事故等について、スタジオは一切の責任を負いません。

  • お持ち物の管理や、スタジオ設備の取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。破損があった場合は、修理費等をご負担いただきます。

  • 当スタジオは 完全プライベート空間です。ご利用は インストラクター1名＋お客様3名まで とさせていただきます。

  • インストラクターの方は、ご自身の保険加入をおすすめします（賠償責任・ご自身の安全のため）。

  • 以下のような事例が3回以上繰り返された場合、今後のご予約をお断りさせていただくことがあります：
    　- マットにメイク汚れが残っている、スプレーや清掃がされていない、元の場所に戻されていないなどの不備
    　- 飲食や食べ物の放置

  • その他、迷惑行為やマナー違反があった場合も、今後のご利用をお断りする可能性があります。

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, please follow the guidelines below.

 

📅 Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Each session is 60 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes before and leave within 10 minutes after your session.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

🧘‍♀️ Studio Use & Etiquette

  • Enter and exit within your reserved time, including setup and cleanup.

  • Use the changing rooms provided, as security cameras are installed.

  • Turn off lights and AC after use.

  • Clean equipment using the cloth and white spray bottle (next to the skeleton).

  • Return all equipment to its original place.

  • No smoking or eating in the studio. Water and salt tablets are allowed.

  • Please take your trash and personal belongings home with you.

  • Forgotten items will be held for 1 week, then discarded.

  • The studio is on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

💳 Payment & Access

  • We accept credit card payments.

  • If you’d like to use PayPay, please contact us via LINE.

  • You'll receive your door code via email or chat before your session.

 

⚠ Liability & Conduct

  • The studio is used at your own risk. We are not responsible for theft, loss, injuries, or accidents.

  • You are responsible for your own belongings and any damages to studio property.

  • This is a completely private studio. Max: 1 instructor + 3 clients per session.

  • We recommend that instructors have their own insurance for personal safety and professional liability.

  • If the same issue—such as equipment not cleaned properly (e.g., mats with makeup stains, not sprayed or returned to their place), or eating and leaving food remains—occurs more than three times, we may refuse to accept future reservations.

  • Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may also result in denied bookings.
