🧭 Responsibilities / 仕事内容

• Teach private and semi-private Pilates sessions helping clients reconnect with their bodies and improve overall well-being

• Take responsibility for studio and equipment  ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready to use

• Create and grow your own clientele while contributing to the supportive Kintsugi community
   Kintsugi Pilatesのコミュニティに貢献しながら、自分のクライアントを育てていきます

• Manage your schedule and Come in only when you have bookings
   自分のスケジュールを管理し、予約があるときのみ出勤します

• Uphold a positive, professional atmosphere for both clients and fellow instructors

• Holds a Machine Pilates qualification (any school or system)
   マシンピラティスの資格をお持ちの方（流派・団体は問いません）

• Has Pilates instructor experience
   ピラティス指導経験のある方

• Is caring and passionate about their work
   クライアントへの思いやりと仕事への情熱を持っている方

• Understands that every journey is unique and adapts accordingly

• Is naturally curious and eager to learn
   好奇心があり、学ぶ意欲を持っている方

• Takes responsibility for the space and tools
   スタジオと機器の管理に責任を持てる方

• Bilingual is a plus!

💼 What We Offer / 私たちが提供するもの：

• A supportive and flexible work environment
   サポートがあり、柔軟で働きやすい環境

• Flexible hours:
   Minimum commitment: 4 hours/week (16 hours/month)
   週4時間（1ヶ月16時間）以上のコミットメント。時間帯は自由に選べます
   Shift system: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
   7:00〜22:00の間で勤務可能なシフト制

• Client Introductions:
   New clients introduced by the studio, and freedom to bring your own
   スタジオからの新規クライアント紹介＋ご自身のクライアントも担当可能

• Revenue Share:
   60% instructor / 40% studio — we manage bookings and payments
   報酬：インストラクター60%、スタジオ40%。予約・決済はスタジオが対応

• Subcontractor status (業務委託契約)
   No trial or training period
   試用・研修期間なし

• No social insurance provided
   社会保険の加入はありません
