• Teach private and semi-private Pilates sessions with a focus on empowering clients to reconnect with their bodies and improve their well-being.

• Take responsibility for the studio and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for use.
  スタジオと機器の管理を担当し、常に良好な状態で使用できるように保ちます。

• Create and grow your own clientele while contributing to the supportive community at Kintsugi Pilates.
  Kintsugi Pilatesのサポートのあるコミュニティに貢献しながら、自分のクライアントを育て、成長させていきます。

• Manage your schedule and only come in when you have bookings.
  自分のスケジュールを管理し、予約が入ったときだけ出勤します。

• Uphold a positive, professional atmosphere in the studio for clients and fellow instructors.

• スタジオ内でクライアントや他のインストラクターとのポジティブでプロフェッショナルな雰囲気を保ちます。

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is positive and consistent, bringing enthusiasm to each session.
  前向きで一貫性があり、各セッションに情熱をもたらす方。

• Holds a Machine Pilates qualification (regardless of publisher).
  マシンピラティスの資格をお持ちの方（発行元は問いません）。

• Has Machine Pilates instructor experience.
  マシンピラティスのインストラクター経験がある方

• Is caring and passionate about their work.
  仕事に対して情熱を持ち、思いやりのある方。

• Understands that everyone’s journey is unique and adapts their approach accordingly.
  人それぞれの旅がユニークであることを理解し、それに応じた指導ができる方。

• Is naturally curious and eager to learn.
  自然に好奇心を持ち、学ぶ意欲がある方。

• Takes responsibility for the studio and equipment.
  スタジオと機器の管理に責任を持つ方。

• Bilingual is a plus.
  バイリンガル歓迎。

What We Offer:

• A supportive and flexible work environment.

• Shift system from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with options to work 1 to 5 days per week.
  7:00 AM から 10:00 PMまでのシフト制で、週に1～5日勤務の選択肢があります。

• Shifts available from 1 hour.1

       時間からのシフト勤務が可能です

• Subcontractor status (no trial or training period).
  業務委託（試用期間や研修期間なし）。

• No social insurance provided.
