The place where you can become    THE BEST INSTRUCTOR     you can be

At Kintsugi Pilates Studio, we believe exceptional instructors do their best work when they are trusted, respected, and supported.
We believe exceptional instructors are developed through continuous learning, thoughtful collaboration, and meaningful client relationships—not simply by teaching more sessions.
We collaborate with passionate Pilates professionals who value exceptional client care, continuous learning, and the flexibility of working as independent contractors within a premium boutique studio environment.
Whether you are growing your own client base, expanding your professional career, or both, we are always interested in meeting instructors who share our values.
Our goal is to build long-term professional collaborations where both the Studio and each Instructor grow together while delivering exceptional experiences for every client.
