⚠️ Booking Policy ⚠️

• Reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited, regardless of the reason.

 

TRIAL SESSION POLICY

• Trial sessions are available for first-time Tokyo-based residents beginning a long-term practice at the studio.
• Visitors and short-term guests are kindly asked to reserve regular private sessions.
• Visitors wishing to book directly with the Founder are kindly asked to reserve a regular Founder private session.
• Trial sessions are limited to one per person.
• Trial sessions cancelled within 24 hours, no-shows, or reservations deemed inconsistent with the intended purpose of the trial system may be cancelled or forfeited at the studio’s discretion.

 

PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes all Monthly Memberships, Flexible Passes, Boost Programs, Founder Sessions, Trial Sessions, and Semi-Private / Duo Sessions.

Session packages and memberships are offered at adjusted per-session rates based on advance commitment, package structure, and reserved scheduling availability.

For this reason, unused, partially used, or remaining sessions are non-refundable, including in cases of relocation, travel, schedule changes, personal circumstances, or changes in residency status.

Please purchase sessions thoughtfully based on your anticipated schedule and availability.

In exceptional cases involving serious injury or medical conditions, the studio may review extension requests for session packages at its discretion. Documentation may be required.

Please note that Monthly Memberships and Boost Programs cannot be extended or carried over due to the recurring and reserved nature of the scheduling structure.

If a session is cancelled by the instructor due to instructor illness, severe weather, or operational reasons, we will do our best to offer an alternative appointment within the client's current membership or program validity period, either with the original instructor or another member of the Kintsugi Pilates team.

The studio reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, scheduling systems, and membership structures at any time.

体験セッションポリシー

• 体験セッションは、スタジオで長期的な継続をご検討中の東京都内在住の新規のお客様を対象としております。
• 短期滞在中のお客様・ご旅行中のお客様は、通常のプライベートセッションをご予約ください。
• Founderをご希望の短期滞在・旅行中のお客様は、Founder Private Sessionをご予約ください。
• 体験セッションはお一人様1回限りとなります。
• 24時間以内のキャンセル・無断キャンセル、または体験制度の趣旨に沿わないご予約と判断された場合、スタジオ判断によりキャンセル

または無効扱いとなる場合がございます。

 

購入・返金ポリシー

すべてのご購入は確定後、返金不可となります。

・Monthly Memberships
・Flexible Passes
・Boost Programs
・Founder Sessions
・Trial Sessions
・Semi-Private / Duo Sessions

 

各プラン・パッケージは、事前コミットメント・パッケージ内容・予約枠確保を前提とした特別料金で設定されています。

そのため、未使用分・一部未使用分・残回数分については、海外転居・旅行・スケジュール変更・個人的事情・居住状況変更等を含め、返金対応はいたしかねます。

ご購入の際は、ご自身のスケジュールや継続可能な頻度をご考慮の上、お申し込みください。

重度の怪我や医療上の事情がある場合に限り、回数券の有効期限延長について個別にご相談を承る場合がございます。必要に応じて診断書等をご提出いただく場合があります。

 

なお、Monthly Memberships および Boost Programs は、継続型かつ予約枠確保型システムのため、延長・調整・繰越はできません。

 

インストラクターの体調不良、悪天候、施設都合、その他スタジオ運営上の理由によりセッションを実施できない場合は、有効期限内に振替セッションをご案内できるよう最善を尽くします。振替は担当インストラクター、またはKintsugi Pilatesの他のインストラクターをご案内する場合がございます。

料金・ポリシー・予約システム・メンバーシップ内容は、必要に応じて変更となる場合がございます。
